    Hello there,

    I just feel so frustrated. I have a Tecra A4. Its good and everything. when I bought it I forgeot to register my guarantee and decided to do so today. Well guess what my serial number is not compatible with my model part number??!! I'm so frustrated becasue the Toshiba website offers no help for such a case. This laptop was bought from an official Toshiba Dealer and the warranty is still on. Any ideas??? :confused:

    Go to your official Toshiba dealer and complain first then try calling Toshiba.
