My Toshiba A210-11P should be arriving tomorrow!

Hey everyone, my new Toshiba should be arriving tomorrow. Don't know if anyone would like me to give a review on it?

Congratulations on the notebook! What kind of specifications does it have and why did you decide on that particular model?

Bluetooth
Wi-Fi
6-in-1 card reader
1.3MP webcam
etc.

The reason I bought it was because it was only £599 on the Toshiba website and I've heard some good things about it. For that price you can't argue!

 

Yeah definitely can't argue. That one even has the dedicated ATI Radeon video card, which is awesome. You can't get the 15.4" AMD Satellites with anything but integrated graphics cards here in the States. So yes I am definitely jealous.

Sweet mouse too. I use a Razer Copperhead and I've been using it for over a year. Before that I had a Diamondback which was wonderful. Great mice.

And Far Cry is the best FPS of all time.

Will they still deliver the laptop if you are not there? If so you should have someone pick it up for you.

Does your delivery carrier offers tracking system for your package? If so then you need go to delivery carrier website and check their tracking system if your laptop is on way to your home?

UPS and FedEx in USA are offers like that.

 

No, I rang up Toshiba UK and it turns out that they'd held my order because they've been having a lot of fraud recently and because I gave them my mobile number and a free e-mail address they held the order. I gave the guy my card number and he rang my bank to confirm my identity. Now he's finding out whether he can get it delivered for tomorrow.

I just read your sig, I tried running Colin McRae Rally 05 on Vista and it wouldn't run, because its not compatible. I dunno about 04, but I have a feeling its gonna be the same thing.

 

Nope, it's coming on Monday morning I think 04 works on Vista but not CMR 2005 hehe

 

I'm extremely excited, it'll be here tomorrow!
