My Toshiba laptop keeps restarting over and over again. I believe it may have been attacked by a virus because right before all my problems started the last thing I saw was my virus detection software noting two trojans had been found or something.

Since then my laptop will restart, first showing me a screen asking if I'd like to start the computer via safe mode, last configuration, etc. and I've tried all of the options-- none of them allows me to access Windows Vista normally. It also says I need to pop in a Windows Recovery Disk. Then it goes to the Windows loading screen and then up pops a blue screen for less than a second and it restarts again.

I don't know what to do. Apparently if I do this a couple more times I will lose all my files on my hard disk, if they aren't gone already? (This is according to a friend of mine)

What is there I can do? Where can I find such a windows recovery disk? I'm overseas right now and don't have my CD with me (I don't recall ever getting one). And if I do run the recovery disk will I lose all of my files on my hard disk?

    Please help!!
