Why did my GPU clock get stuck at 182/365/602 when I booted up in single card mode. Rivatuner wouldn't raise the clocks either.

Long story short: Avancast wouldn't run in SLi mode yesterday so I jumped out of it. I OC'd the one card and everything was fine as far as I could tell. Today I started up and just happened to look at the monitor and I had those numbers. Going back to SLi and rebooting solved it. Getting out again reverts it back to those very low clocks now that I checked it.

Why does this happen and how can I stop it from doing that?
