I had to re-install XP on a new hard drive from scratch, but when I try to install any utility, like the Hotkey Utility, I get the message:

"TOSHIBA Common Module not found. This setup will terminate."

I can't find the "Toshiba ACPI Common Modules for Windows XP" for the A105-S2051 on Toshiba's web site. I can find it for similar models, but they don't list the A105-S2051 and there are about 6 different versions.

I have spent an amazing amount of time today searching for this driver and can't find the one I need. My original restore disk is long gone...

    Any help would be welcome.

Most of the Toshiba Common Modules should work... I have an A105-s4104.
Go to the page for that model and look for the modules. My laptop is in the same family as yours so it should work. Hope that helps! ^.^

I went ahead and downloaded all the files I found for the A105 series and installed the latest version. It worked fine, even though my model wasn't specifically listed...

That link above from Jernkar for the restore CD's looks like it will come in handy. Even though they charge for them, the price is reasonable.

    Thanks!
