Being a Toshiba Notebook user for long time, I am looking gain for New Model.

The very last notebook I used was Toshiba Satellite 2410-303.

Now I am looking for a notebook that has 128 MB of Dedicated vide ram and ATI Radeon or nVidia Graphic cards.

All the Toshiba Notebooks I found with 128 MB VRAM also are with 17" screens which make them bulky and heavy.

Did anybody come across a model with above Video Configuration and with 15.4" Screen?

One Candidate apart from Toshiba is Acer 8005LM.

The only Toshiba I can find that has a 15.4" Wide LCD and 128MB of video card is the Qosimo. They have a 17" & 15.4" model, both have an Nvidia GeForce FX Go5700 w/128MB. This may be a pricey unit since it's really designed to be a multimedia/home entertainment notebook.

I think the M30X series allows you to configure the laptop. I ordered one a few days back and they were offering ATI Radeon 9700 with 128MB. You can check that out.

    Thanks for both replies.

I think I have left with no choice but Qosmio (Although it is beyond my budget) as suggested by Venombite.

As for amsham's suggestion to go for M30X, I have checked US site and it offers only ATI Radeon with 64 MB of Video Memory. Then I checked the UK site, if I can get it over here, All UK Models come with nVidia GeForce FX Go5200 Display adapter and with 64 MB of Video Memory.

No either Qosmio, or back to Square one with Acer Travelmate 8005LM [ :(]

    Thanks again for the help
