    Hi all,
I have a Toshiba M40. 1.6ghz Centrino with 512mb and nVidia 128mb 6600 graphics. Anyway my laptop has a built in bluetooth.

I wanted to connect my bluetooth motorola V3c cell phone to my laptop to transfer pics and mp3 files.
But when i try to click on "new connection" button in Bluetooth setting on my toshiba, I get this message "Bluetooth has not started". I have tried to play around with all the setting but can't get it to work. I have a wireless connection with a firewall on my laptop, even after playing around with these and turning off my firewall it still doesn't work.

Anyone has any ideas to fix this prob? or anyone experienced the type of prob before? Please share you wisdom!!
