I just baught a Qosmio F45-411 from BestBuy, I love the way it looks and the sound is awsome, but the media keys are wrong and I have the option to return it and exchange for a new computer, so should I keep the Qosmio or pick a new computer? I really want Intel, 200GB of Ram min. I will be using it mostly for entertainment and Internet, only an occasional game - but nothing really big. Any suggestions? What are your views on the Qosmio? Im also looking at a Sony Vaio FZ140, whats the sccop with Toshiba vs. Sony?

If you like the Qosmio F45-411, get an exchange and keep it.
Sony will be better but it is more expensive so you pay more for less.
I suggest to keep the Qosmio.

The Media Keys at the top are mislabeled, all of them at the bestbuy near my house are mislabeled so I would have to get them fixed = 3-4 weeks... info about it is on the Toshiba website. The Sony is actually 50 cheaper reg. price but its on sales for 100$ cheaper - but sence its paid for (not by me) $ isnt really an issue - but the sound and picture are better on the Qosmio, but how is the Qosmio quality wise?

I would absolutely take it back to Best Buy then. I have heard that Toshiba will sometimes keep your laptop for a very long time before you get it back. Luckily mine has never needed repair.
