First off I am a Pro Digital Photographer and I think that this machine will rock when it comes to digital photos, most of my work is in the studio but there are times when I go on location I know it's a heavy machine but that's why you have assitance! On location running PS CS2 and running slide shows etc. did I get the right machine?

Memory, it has 1 gig installed but can go up to 4 gigs what are the pro & cons of going to 4? how much should it cost and is it a DIY project and if so where to buy from etc or leave it to a local shop in this case Circuit City where I bought it.

Vista anyone?? the Toshiba site says that it's Vista capable I would think that it would be rated Vista Premuin Ready but no, any thoughts on that?

I am moving from a trusted but dead (hard drive) Dell to the G35AV600, I've becoming a back up convert so what's the best external hard drive set up for storing a lot of large files? budget about $500.00 or so.

Any other pro photographers out there?

I am sure that as soon as I post this I'll come out with a ton more questions!
    Thanks D200Driver :D
