    I Just bought Brand New Toshiba M400 Tablet PC, and I found the Fan always runing in mid-high speed, even I using battery same speed, the temp is not high(cold wide) Is this a problem??? Never Stop Runing???

    The laptop defualts to the fan being on 24/7 to optimize performance. On the Toshiba Optimizing software switch it to max battery life and it will shut the fan off by default, as well there is a fan option on that menu.
