Just curious, tried searching around but couldn't find a good answer... are there any newer Intel CPU's that are compatible with the X205's? So far the T7700 is the fastest I can find that anyone has swapped in, have seen some links in google to info about a T7800, but can't even find one for sale... Also saw some stuff about a Q7900, but once again, don't know if they're compatible and can't find anything faster than the T7700 for sale anywhere... Just wondering, not ready to upgrade, but like to keep up with what's available and compatible in case I ever run across a deal... thanks

thats a system built with the cpu OP is asking about drop in compatibility. The link I provided says that the current motherboards have to be modified and thats exactly what some manufacturers are doing like dell.
