I can't make a recovery disk, it says there is no HDD recovery area.

The situation was like this, I wanted to decrease the size of C disk. I did it with some program and then windows failed to start and went on doing so over and over again.

I used another windows 8 installation disk. I used Reset option. And the computer started as if it was just out of box, the only difference was that my files were untouched and also my account on win8. Although, partitions are a in a mess.

    Now it looks like this:

I can't access half of my space on hard disk. There is recovery partition as you can see but I can't burn a recovery disk..

I tried to do what it says here (initiating the HDD recovery procedure), but it failed. I get the screen where it says
that my pc need to be repaired and nothing was found or can't be accessed for doing this.

So, guys, please help me. I want my disk space back and if it's possible to make a recovery disk. As I can access the Recovery partition from My Computer, can't I make a recovery disk from there?

p.s. in the disk management, when I right-click on "Data" partition, it only says "Help" and nothing more.

p.p.s. I have Satellite S995D-S5374. And there was no recovery disk with it when I bought it.
