Hi, I am hoping you can help!

I recently bought 2 Toshiba L300D-11N laptops for my DD's for Christmas.
I have the same problem with both laptops, where they cannot detect a network.

In the device manager I have an error on an 'unknown device' I am thinking that this is probably the network adapter, as I can't find that listed anywhere in the device manager. I do not have an option to repair the device, only to uninstall or update the driver. I've tried updating but it says I can't. I don't know what network card is installed to try and find a driver.

The wireless light is amber in colour, which I am told means that the wireless in not enabled, but I can't enable it because the computer doesn't know its there if that makes sense!

Does anyone have any suggestions to help please?

    Thanks
