Hi to all, mi niece has give me her old Toshiba satellite A60 because she hasgone to a new super HP notebook so now I am the owner of this A60 satellite. It is working and I only reinstalled the software with the original DVD. One thing I noticed is that the touchpad is not waorking and it is enabled in the control panel, also the five indicators leds do not work either, I don´t wa nt to ask my niece why is this but maybe somebody tried to open the laptop and mande a mess. The battery is also in the end of itd life but still works. I would <like to knoew if anyone has some idea on the touchpad and the indicators leds. Can I open and check if there is some cable unplugged ?

    Regards,

    TEEH

Hi Andyasselin, nope it just don´t work and I have to use a external USB mouse, also the 5 led indicators in front also doi not work, I went to control panel devices and the touchpad is enabled but still do not work. I am thinking in openining the case and looking for a loose cable, could this be possible ? the touchpad and the leds are in the same zone so maybe somebody did try to open the laptop and maybe forgot or something else to reconnect the cablles if they exist.
