I just purchased the M645-S4055 and one of the first things I want to upgrade is the stock 6-cell 4400mah battery. Either going to get the extended Toshiba 6 cell 61wh battery which sits flush or the Toshiba 12 cell battery that has the famous bump on the rear. Since those are the only options I know of.

For the owners of the 12 cell battery, since you guys had this laptop for a little bit. Have you gotten used to the rear bump with the 12-cell battery?
How is it using it on the lap with the 12 cell or using it on a hard surface, is it comfortable or does it feel or seem odd? What kind of battery life are you getting with the 12-cell battery?

Also, if anyone purchased the Toshiba 6-cell 61wh extended battery (which fits flush)? I would be very interested in hearing what kind of unplugged usuage time you getting with that?

I have the M645-S4050 (Best Buy Model) with the 12 Cell.
I like the staying power that the laptop offers but I am having a hard time with the fact it is so bulky. I use slim laptop bags and backpacks and the bulge is quite annoying.
I have ordered a 6 Cell and will carry the 12 Cell with me when I travel and need the extra battery power.

Overall though I am finding this to be a great laptop and it easily handles anything I through at it - including Starcraft II.

Have you received the 6cell battery yet? Or did you just order it? Also what 6 cell battery? The extended 6cell 61wh battery?
