What are the differences? Only the touchpad? (105 have Touch & launch and 100 not?) HDD's speed?

There should be no difference in terms of hardware items like the touchpad - the P100 is customizable on Toshiba's site, whereas the P105 comes pre-configured (at least in the US). The P100 also doesn't have the option of a 7900GS/GTX GPU.

I have the P100-ST9012 and have the 512 7900GTX GPU. The only difference is that you can only get the P100 from toshiba. You can get the P105's from retail locations (best buy, amazon, etc...). Each model is a little different in it's feature set (HD size & speed, RAM size & speed, GPU model, CPU speed). Other than that they are virtually identical.

They have the same motherboards and chassis.

I believe his may be from another country, I remeber reading somewhere else that there are P100's that come with the 512mb GS version.

I dont know if it is a "non-US" model but I brought it in australia (ie. where i live :D ) I was under the impression when have looked at toshiba USA web page that there where P100 of simular if not identicle specs.
