    Hello,

I am the proud owner of one of the greatest laptops I have ever seen and worked with. The Toshiba P100-374 since allmost 2 years and still there are not many laptops on the marked that meet these specs !!! 2.33 dual, Nvidia Gforce Go 7900 GS, 2GB int, 200GB HD.

There is just one thing I would like to know:

I can't get datatransfers on my network (LAN, internally) to work faster then 2,5 - 3 MB/sec. I use a Linksys WRT5G v2.2 as a router/switch. My other computers on the network and the Tosh, operate on .11G or are wired.

Does anyone recognise this? On many forums, I read that people can transfer with rates up to 50 - 60 MB/sec with this router. What am I doing wrong ?

Perhaps you can mention your internal Lan speed in this Thread and tell me which router and/or switch you use. Also .11G or .11B or 11.N is important to know...

Thanks in advance for your replies.

    Greetings,

    Bert (the stupid Dutch guy....)
