Recently my P15 has decided to shut itself down 7 times in the last 3 days. Affter this started occuring, I decided to check the disk for errors, the tests passed. I also de-fragmented the disk which was a sucess, today I am running a virus scan. My last resort will be a system restore to friday night. I welcome any comments on what I should do to fix my system to fix the problem.

I think you've given yourself the best advice there...collect all the files you've created since Friday and resolve to doing a system restore. It's the quickest and most sure fire way to check you don't have a hardware problem causing this.

All i've instaled is stuff for my Axim that I can live without as long as it's on my Axim, now if it will turn on long enough to System Restore, I'll do it.

UPDATE: Okay, I took it to best buy and apparently the CPU Heat Sink had come de-seated, which is what I expected in the first place.
