This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    P15 and SD Card

    I have a P15-S479 and have never used the SD Card Slot.
    Just bought a camera that uses SD and before I buy SD cards for it I would like to find out if it will read the newer faster and higher capacity (and price) cards.
    I did a search here and did not find anything and also talked to Toshiba Support and they said if it is SD it will work. But they were not very convincing.
    Just thought I would check before I go buy one and try it.
