Can I change my Toshiba P15-479's screen size from widescreen to 4:3 mode (with side bars or something)?

I LOVE it for movies and such, but it sort of distorts photos and webpages a bit.

Just wondering (been searching with no answer yet) how to if it is even possible to switch the mode or someting from widescreen to standard (Like i can do with my widescreen tv, i choose wide, 4:3, strech, zoom etc), all I want is a way to switch to 4:3 on occasion if it exists.

I don't think there's any key strokes that will do it, but you may be able to go into the Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced and there should be an option to enable/disable screen stretching (maybe) so if the resolution is lower than the default res, it'll show bars.

I actually found it, it was in the bios, enable or disable streching, i disabled it and all is cool :)

Easy to pop back and forth if needed but in disable mode for stretch it still works for 16:9 applications fine (popped a dvd movie in and bam filled the screen), yet on windows or photoshop editing i get black sidebars now. I wont leave it like this all the time, (worried about the black side bars burning in?) but I will occasionally do this so I can see a picture in proper size.
