hi all out there..I just purchased this on tuesday this week... I am loving this baby so far. I am impressed with Vista. This computer is flying though every thing that I do. I can not believe how quite this is. I watch the temp speeds and are very low, unless playing a game or downloading music. I have too put my hand by the fan just too make sure it is running. I was looking at the HP DV9000 series, but I was reading too many problems. With Toshiba having a call center in the usa and being able to talk too somebody I can understand was a point of selling. And I have a place too fix under warranty with in 60 miles of me. :) So let me knock on wood that I don't have problems with this. But I know if I do, I will come here with all the information that everybody is willing too give. This is the best site, I have told all my friends about this site. If there is any questions, I will try too anwser them, but I am no high tech geek, so don't throw nothing hard at me. I will check in from time too time too see if this is at the top of the colum, if not, i won't go digging too see... I will say though, this is a 17" screen. is very beautiful, but is huge too put on your lap...but is really nice on the table...

I've never heard of Toshiba having a call center in the US.

Have no pictures, only way too take is off web cam. only camera i have. Is pictures available from other web sites.

As far as call center, open up box it says for service or technical assistance call 1-800-457-7777

Can look up and I found a service center too ship or carry in my computer for repair if needed too a location about 60 miles from me.

So far I am enjoying this computer.

I have debated so long, I just decided too write down the basic essentials I need and go buy. You will find many computers out there that are nice. But since I bought, I am enjoying every bit of time on here. There will always be better and stronger ones too come in future is what I decided, so look for a deal that has your options and go for it... I got his baby for $1000 plus tax this week... Its great
