    I would like to know if there is a way in the control panel or a driver download that I can download to make my touchpad able to scrool up and down and possibly right and left?

    I have always been able to find the driver I needed from the manufactors website or use the mouse control panel to make this work but not on this laptop.

    Any help would be great.

    You might try the Toshiba Software Update program for a start, then update the mousepad drivers manually if you have to.
