    so i'm planning on adding more memory to my satellite a215-s6804, but everything it came with said only use pc5300 and i cant find any amount at a good price, would i be safe using pc5400 instead?

    PC 5300/5400 are exactly the same. It just seems that a few RAM companies are retarded and can't get the JEDEC number right.
