    Hello..i bought a toshiba satellite P305D-S8828 , every thing seems to work fine except when i go online to watch any type of video it doesnt work on fullscreen. i first went on you tube all the videos work great but as soon as i hit the fullscreen button a BLACK and GRAY SCREEN comes up but i can still hear all the words. when i try another website it just turns black and still can hear all the words. now when i try windows media also black but i can see the top and bottom part where i hit play and the volume control.

    Now this is the second p305d i had in 3 days with the same problem, the first time i bought one was friday i returned it and thought it was broken so they exchaneged it, now i have the same problem with this one too.

    Can somebody plz tell me if this is a software upgrade or my video card driver? plz send a link to where i need to go to update or if its someting i need to do with the screens ..thanks for your .

    don't know do both a software update, windows/video update. if that doesn't work, then restart . if all fails, call toshiba support or look in the manual.
