    Hello All!
My P200-123 is 10 months old and occasionally the DVD would dissappear from the device manager. A reboot would fix the problem. This happened once or twice some months ago.

    Problem:
Two days ago I was watching a DVD using Windows Media Centre and the Volume window appeared and automatically counted the units down to zero volume. Weird. Also I lost the double tap on the touch pad but could still navigate with the pad.
No indications of problems in the Device Manager.
A reboot fixed it and then it happened again after 5 mins.

A second reboot and the the boot sector was lost and I had to select the HD1 to tell it where the boot strap was and then it booted okay.
    Subsequent boots resulted in beeps.

Next day the PC was fine and since then no probs.

I'd like to analyse the beep codes but can't find any documentation on them or anything for the Phoenix Trustedcore Bios on Toshiba or Phoenix websites.

Can someone point me in the direction of documentation?
    Thanks
