I am not sure if asking this question is going to give me an answer but i will give it a try. I recently acquired a Toshiba Satellite P105 that had been damaged do to Orange Juice being split in it. I tried cleaning it entirely inside and out and then i replaced the motherboard. Before i replaced the motherboard it wouldn't even so much as try to power on. It now powers on but that's it. The fans come on and the LED lights come on but nothing else. The screen is black and the hard drive shows no activity. Now the screen is fine and i should at least be able to view a picture if i hook it to an external monitor but still nothing. So i thought it wasn't posting because maybe the processor was bad. So i replaced the processor. Still same symptoms. I don't know what else would make the screen not power on or any noise come out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and i was able to hook the drive up in another notebook so i know the hard drive is functional as well.

It remains the graphic card. I'm not sure because I just know the equivalent european model but should be similar. The graphic card is not integrated on the motherboard, but is separated and plugged into proprietary slot. Check it out.

actually the graphics card is integrated onto the motherboard. It isnt something that can be removed. Already checked that.

Well i have already sent the motherboard back twice because it displayed the exact same symptoms so i am pretty sure the motherboard is not the problem.

Well i finally found the problem. It was RAM. Never thought 2 sticks of ram could be bad at once but hey i guess it was an interesting learning experience. At least with a ed desktop it would still post.

Ok well there are about 20 different P105 models that come with multiple different options. This particular one is a P105-S6197 I wasnt saying that yours did not have a removable video card i was just saying that mine does not.
