    Problem Powering on Satellite L305D-S5934

    Hello guys,


    I have a problem with my Tochiba Laptop Satellite L305D-S5934 every time I power it On there is a message that come on the screan that say:


    Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library


    This apliaction has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

    Please contact the aplication team for more information.




    I need to press ESC or ENTER many times in order that this message go away in order that it allow me to enter in windows.

    I have done all the updates and there is no way to remove this problem. Can you guys help me

    backup your files.

    Then run toshiba recovery.

    Or uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime.

    What exactly Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime program is? What it do?

    if I uninstall it, what problem I can have with my Laptop?

    The easy out would be to backup and reformat.

    I don't think Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime does anything on it's own, but other programs depend on it.

    So if you uninstall it, other programs might not work any more.

    Maybe you should download the latest version of it, then unistall the current version and install the latest one.
