Hi All,
I Have A Toshiba A105-s4034, I Had A Problem With It, So I Treid To Use The Restore Cd To Restore It Fully To Factory Settings.
Which I Have Done Before.
But This This When I Tried An Error Message Pop Up Saying " Wrong Machine"
When I Put The Driver Cd Too. And Comes Up 'you Are Using A Cd For Satellite A105. Your Machine Is A100.
When I Run Dxdiag.exe It Is Also Reporting The The System Model Is Toshiba A100" Whic Is Wrong. Lol My Machine Is A105-s4034.
What Is Wrong. Could Someboby Help Me Fix This Problem
I Think The Virus Did Something To My Bios Or Something.
Thanks, Counting On You All.

I belive that A100/A105 are essentially the same thing but, sold in different countries, ie Canada is A100, while the US is the A105. You should call Toshiba and see if the can do something about it, like sending you a A100 recovery dvd's.

Did you have your mother board replace under waranty? Your DMI setting are incorrect. You need to take it into a toshiba repair shop and have them put the correct dmi codes on your computer.
