I have a Toshiba Satellite L45-S7423. Sometime last week it wouldn't connect to the internet via wireless, so I reset my router and modem (I have a Linksy router) and tried to connect it again, but it kept saying my wireless radio was off. It's in front on the right side of my computer, plus there's a little wireless symbol on my F8 key. It was still on but I turned it off then on and it still won't recognize it. I'm currently connected by cable, but I can't take it out or no more internet. I understand some computer lingo, most of it is guesswork but I'd rather not mess with this and lose internet completely. :( Why is my computer stupid?

Possible bad wireless card. Have you tried going into device manager and removing it then letting laptop pick it back up or try updating the wireless drivers.
