    In need of some help

The problem is with the Satellite M50. Computer boots to bios screen, sometimes it will try to find the hard drive but most times will just lock up. On top of that if it sometimes will not even turn the screen on with power on and then there is a beep and thats it.

I removed the keyboard and cleaned the CPU fan thinking maybe it was over heating and its still doing the same thing. Any ideas?

Also it will wipe a hard drive/part. on boot.

My guess is the main board is no good or the CPU. Does anyone know how much a mainboard is going for the satellite m50?

Just did a ram test and it failed... No need to reply unless the ram failing could be caused by the mother board or CPU...
