I just bought new Intel PRO wireless 4965AGN MM2 miniPCIe card.
Then I try to replace my existing 3945 card computer not boot at all: stuck in POST before display initialization. I have black screen and just able to turn power off.
    Things I already do:
    1. Update BIOS to latest 3.80
    2. Remove supervisor & user passwords.
    3. Reset BIOS to default settings.
    4. Replace card to same new in store.

No any result. Computer work nice with old original card or without any card, but not start with 4965AGN.

    Any ideas or suggestion?
    Thanks in advance.

I would try placing the old card back in just to see if the notebook runs properly - if it does, make sure that you have all the necessary drivers/BIOS updated to allow you to install the new WiFi card.

Thanks for Your advice, but this was done as I wrote before.
Today I also try to remove HDD. Result same - computer boot nice without HDD & with old or without any wireless card. If I insert new 4965AGN card computer can't start. So it look like we have bad news: Toshiba start use BIOS lock for mini PCI devices same like IBM & HP. :(
