Okay. lately ive been experiencing problems with my X205.
I Usually have my laptop on for long periods of time. Today when i turned it on. I Noticed somthing very odd, The temperature increased very quickly. Within 2 Hours the system shut itself down, kinda like if someone just removed the battery. Last night i was moving my laptop around to clear my desk area. When i moved it i heard a very very quiet grinding sound when i tilted it. When i heard that sound i immediately shut down the system and let it cool.
Im guessing i might have a dead fan? Right now my temps are
GPU: 59
CPU 1: 60
CPU 2: 60

Do yo have this temps in idle or load? Can you hear the fan? Does it eject heat?

My friend has been having overheating issues with a satellite x200 with the system cooling fan running constantly while gaming or not. Also the system tends to just shut down i gather once peak temperatures have been hit. I know that the Satellite Pro x200 was a limited run by toshiba but does anyone know ANYWHERE where i could find a step by step cleaning/disassembly guide for this laptop? I havent found any in over 3 hours of searching the web and i gather thats due to this laptop having been produced in low numbers. Any help greatly appreciated.
