Im new here, so if this is in the wrong section then im sorry.

I bought a used toshiba satellite pro u200 last week.
It didnt have any passwords on it which is fine.

One thing it did have was an enrolled fingerprint in ProtectorSuiteQL.
With that fingerprint i cant add any of mine, i cant delete his, and i cant use any protector suite ql features. I uninstalled the one that was on the laptop (v5.4) and got the new one (v5.8) but the fingerprint is still there.
Can anyone tell me how to remove it please =/

If not, are there any other good finger print manager softwares other than protector suite ql?

    Thanks in advance :)

i'm not sure it can be removed...
I did a clean install on my toshiba over christmas on a new harddrive.
I re-installed PSQL, and my old fingerprints were still locked to the actual reader.
To remove it you must have the enrolled finger or the backup password to delete.
someone correct me if i'm wrong

If you create a new user in it which includes a new password for the new user once that is done you can edit or delete previous users finger prints.
