Suddenly I can't open the DVD-drive, but when I open My Computer, the drive shows up there. I also notice that even though I didn't create another user account but when I turn on there is one there. Can anyone help me?

    Thanks a lot.

can you boot from any CD's?

to open the DVD drive manually, stick a paper clip in the small hole near the button to open the dvd drive.
