I have a Qosimo with the 17 inch screen, a few days ago my screensaver was running, and it was like distorted. Then the screen started to blink, and now its just totally black. Can anyone help?is there anything i can do cause i have a report due on the 10th and dont want to send it to the toshiba company. I think it might be the videocard, but i dont know... please help. Thank You

Is it the G15 or the G25? The G15 has a silverish inside, while the G25 has a black-mirror like interior. I've heard about some problems in the G15, but none in the G25. Anyways, try taking out the battery and waiting about 5 minutes, and place it back in. If that doesn't work, try re-angling your screen while the computer is on. And if that doesn't work, call tech support.

This is most likely an LCD problem. Try connecting an external monitor to your notebook and see if it shows properly. If yes, then you need to get your LCD replaced. If no, then you need to get the systemboard replaced (dead video card).
