Can you fill out the FAQ. We really do not know what you want in a notebook. Then we can tell you which Laptop to choose.

Well just to bring you a heads up the X205 series is oriented to gaming customers even with all the multimedia capabilitys wich made this series a good machine overall, on the the other hand the Qosmio series is more oriented to multimedia on mind and with some more than average gaming capabilitys, if come with a dedicated GPU memory, not shared GPU memory. Keep on mind the Qosmio series is more expensive than the Satellite series. And the model the stay close on performance to the X205 series is the G45 wich is close to $3,000.00 USD...

I think you meant A200 not he X200 which a multimedia laptop and not really made for gaming, but I would choose a Qosimo over a Satellite anyday, looks a lot better even though the A200 is already nice and I like the knobs for volume that light up.

    F40 is more of a 17" DTR with only a 15" screen .

Its good for gaming ( the 425 model with 8600GT ) & movies over the A200 but lacks in mobility and is over priced imo .

Hope it helps , there are reviews of both here at NBR , I suggest looking at the cons .

I was looking at one of these 425 models at my local Micro Center and man I could not see how anyone would get this for anything other than a destop replacement that just sits at a desk and never gets moved as it is a huge monster my back could never handle carrying something that big around.

I'm talking about the X205-9349 and 59, and the X205-SLI 1 and 3. This machines are oriented to gamers not multimedia.
