    I don't know what you mean when you say its not "listed as refurbished" - it's in the refurb section, so its a refurb laptop. It says "new" on the picture of the notebook becasue its a new model to the Toshiba lineup.

    I mean that refurbished units have refurbished printed next to them, but this site also sells overstocked and discontinued items
