    Where can I get Qosmio X305-Q706 in canada?

    The x300 can only have 1 9700GTS.

    you would have to see if toshiba US can ship to canada. you would have to pay the exchange rate, which is ALOT now. i think were at arond 80cents, so your looking at almost 2500$ after taxes and exchange rates if you can actually order it from them.

    I've been looking for this too, Toshiba Canada even took the Qosmio line off the main page. The one they sell now is the equivalent of the X305-705 but with a 500 GB hard drive and Vista Ultimate. I hope they come out here, but the longer it takes the more I am leaning towards building a new desktop anyway.

    I have no idea why toshiba don't want to sell these laptops in Canada, they would wipe the competition here.

    It took a while for the X200 with Sli to come to Canada, was right before Christmas I started to see them. Maybe they will follow the same release schedule. I guess we will see.
