    Qosmio wifi stopped working?

    My brother has a Toshiba Qosmio that is a couple of years old.

    There has never been any trouble with internet till beginning of august. In early august, he was at a hotel in CA and it wouldn't pick signal, I had him remove all original automatic connects except for his home and reput one in for manual. It did the trick.

    Now his laptop at home picks up the signal, but he can't get on the internet at all. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this. When I had him check the diagnose doctor is showed no wireless signal even though it said it was connected.
