I bought a Toshiba A200 sattelite last september. It froze yesterday so i had to keep pressing the Power button to shut it down. and it nvr boots up since then. i cannot hear any noise from the hard drive. nothing appears on the screen. basically it's dead.

i guess the motherboard is burnt. Now my question is can i use my 1 year limited warranty to get it fixed? (no extended warranty)

    what should i do?

Thx for your help in advance.

As long as you've had it for a year, you can get it fixed under the warranty. That's what it's there for.
