This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I would like to know please what is the model identification of the optical drive in this laptop. I plan to replace the drive in my L35-S2151. Yes, I do know this will probably void the warranty, but I would like to replace the CDRW/DVDROM with a DVD writer. Thanks in advance for any response.
