I've heard this can be difficult. I've heard that only one of the dimm's is easily accessible and the other is under the keyboard or something.

It has two 256mb right now and I want to put 2 1gb in. I believe the max is 2gb if I am not mistaken. Anyone know how to get to that second dimm? Also would it be possible to use one 256mb and one 2gb? I know it is not the best setup and it may only recognize 2gb but I am on a timetable and dont want to mess this laptop up because it is my sisters who is studying over seas for another 5 months.

    Any ideas?

I should be buying the ram about the first of February.

    Thanks
