    I just ordered a Tecra A8-S8513 & from my previous experience with a Toshiba Notebook apparently they have a huge amount of start up items checked.
    I'd appreciate any recommendations from anyone what items I should leave checked in, besides my antivirus program. Any help & suggestions appreciated. I don't want to find out I'm not running a crucial start up item.

    Also does anyone know if Toshiba now has their Core 2 Duo Notebooks correctly configured because I read on several boards & websites (not this one which I just joined) that they're configured incorrect & they suggest some registry edits.
