You're best bet is going to be to call support and have them send you one. I don't think they offer the image for download.

Don't the Toshiba's come with a hidden partition with the recovery image in it? Most companies are going this route to save money on creating recovery cd's when people don't even use them. My brother's GF bought a Toshiba from Japan and it had the original image in a hidden partition. There should be included software with the original OS load on the computer to create these recovery discs. If you have already wiped the HDD and did a manual reload, it's possible you may have already wiped out this partition. In that case, you're not left with many options.

    Kyborg,

Well, if your DVD drive is also busted, I guess there's no need for recovery discs, is there? ;)

1st, if you still got the hidden partition, get your dvd drive replaced/repaired.
2nd, burn yourself a copy of the recovery discs

If you no longer have the recovery partition, contact Toshiba for a set of recovery discs. If the recovery discs are to fix a current issue, they may ship it to you for free, otherwise, you're not left with many options.
