Will it come with all the programs that I installed? How will I go about with the recovery? I've never done something like this before.

The reason I'm asking is, my dad just bought a toshiba L300. After I installed all necessary programs on his new lappie (ie firefox, antivirus and the like) I left it to him. I don't know what he did with it but the next day everything I did was gone. It was back to factory state. All programs, even the small modifications like font size were gone. And he can't tell me what happened because he says he doesn't remember what he did. He just told me that he pushed a lot of buttons and when he shut it down, that happened. I don't think it was becasue of the programs I installed, as I have put the same programs in 2 other laptops and I never had any problems. Do you think you could offer any help?

PS: I know, this is completely different from my topic title..
