hello everyone
i'm having a problem recovery my computer. I have toshiba sat a100-va7 or something like that and today my computer wouldn't boot up so i used the recovery disk to completely format the system and start fresh.
It gets up to 90% on disk 2 after copying files and such and i get this error
F3-FFFF-0013
and it says press enter to turn off computer and nothing happens, and it keeps on restarting and restarting after that.
i have tried using the recovery disk twice and same result everytime. is there any way i can fix it?

well its either when you created the restore disc they created form a corrupted file, or the disc may be scratched, depending if you still have warranty if you argue enough with toshiba stating the restore cd files were corrupted when you receive the machine and you first created them they might just send you a set of new ones...but if you dont have any warranty left your outta luck on the restore disc and may be forced to purchase them for 50$. You can also use a oem copy of windows disc and use your cd key under the laptop and it is legal just gotta find your self a oem disc to use, it can also be the retail disc.
Recovery Error: F3-FFFF-0013
