Has anybody attempted to swap out the WiFi card in the L300D before? I'm considering to swap out the Mini PCIe Atheros 802.11g card to an Intel 802.11n card.

But I've read that Intel WiFi cards likes CPUs made by Intel and hates any other CPU manufacturer.

What advice can you give me?

I have done this on X300-13o. No idea about your model. But I think it should work...

But that thing is a C2D. I have an AMD QL-62 which I will see problems with. I'm not too sure if I can use Intel's WiFi card or I have to stick with Atheros in the end
