Can a Vista Satellite notebook be restored to XP using a restore disk from a similar hardware Satellite XP notebook?

Could not locate the drivers on Toshiba's site to convert a Vista Satellite notebook to XP using a XP installation CD?

In theory, it could work. If I were you, I'd just get a OEM XP and do a fresh install

I have new XP Pro CD with valid Product Key, but can't find the appropriate Satellite drivers and there is also a Quick Play partition involved.
