This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Ok so my mother got this laptop Refubed 2 years ago ive kept it running smoothly till last year it just started moving slower & not it just seems a bit redic. Its AMD Turon X2-64 ATI X1250, 3GB ram,
    I have Ashampoo Win-optimizer 09, Ccleaner, Auslogics Reg/Defrag Trend Micro IS-Pro.

    Now i don't know i ive been spoiled by the performance of my desktop given i built it, but it seems slower than it should be.

    please any recommendations, any questions I should be able to answer quickly.
