    Hi,

I'm using Toshiba A300 laptop. I'm wondering if my laptop has a SPDIF output. In control panel there's a Realtek Digital Output device. I've checked the driver and it says it's working through front panel optical jack but I can't see any jack except phones and mics. Not sure if it is the phones output jack as there's no light in the jack like normal Optical jack.

I have a A300 to, but i didn't tried the spdif. On my old notebook the spdif is the same output as the headphone. The are optical cables available that have the same shape as a jack-plug
